Our restaurant carefully selects the origins of our meat, including Daisen chicken, Yamagata pork, and Japanese black beef.We bake your order in the kitchen once it is placed.By browning the surface, the meat overflows with flavor and sweet fat when you bite into it. The inside is cooked slowly, so the meat remains tender while doubling the flavor. It's a great dish that goes well with rice.
